Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing BnBHost.ca to book a rental, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services.

Description of Service

BnBHost.ca offers a platform that facilitates the reservation of short-term rentals. The properties available for booking are listed on Airbnb and VRBO, which have their own respective terms and conditions.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for the accuracy of your booking details, including dates, number of guests, and specifics of the rental property. You must adhere to local laws and the terms of the rental agreement during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair:

• Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in (after the initial 48 hours) to receive a 50% refund.
• 50% Payment: For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you will be charged 50% for all booked nights.
• 100% Payment: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged for 100% of all booked nights.

Liability

BnBHost.ca is not liable for any incidents such as accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on any premises booked through our service. Likewise, homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By booking, guests assume the risk of any harm that may occur during their stay, including harm to others they invite to the premises.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to Terms

BnBHost.ca reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at our discretion. If changes are significant, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect.
